Toshi: Dude, you suck! [shoves Shigeki away] What he wanted to do was give a shout out and an invitation to anybody and everybody out there (yeah, you too!) to join the craziness known as "My Girl." Even if it's just one chapter, we'd love for you to take a turn at the steering wheel as well! Even if it's just one chapter! AND MAYBE SOMEONE WILL BE KIND ENOUGH TO HELP ME!! OH, GOD, SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME!!!

Uta: I've got a five dollar bill here with your name on it if you make Chiaki and me end up together.

Zenki: I've got a Diamond Horn of Vajra and I can think of a real good place to stick it if you don't put that five dollars away.

1. ONE CHAPTER/WEEK. Each person has one week to complete their part. If an author is tardy or desires a break, their turn will be forfeit until the next round.

2. NO CHAPTER MINIMUM OR MAXIUMUM. An author may write as many chapters as they wish. There is no minimum — an author may contribute one chapter and be obligated no further; there is no maximum — an author may continue writing for as many rounds as they please and may contribute numerous consecutive chapters within their week.

3. CREATING AND DESTROYING CHARACTERS. New characters are highly encouraged. If an author wishes to kill another author's character, the creator's permission must first be obtained.

4. LEAVE AN OPEN ENDING. Apart from season finales, chapters are not to be given perfect endings. Something must be left unresolved for the next author to build from.

5. LEMONY CONTENT. Lemony freshness is not forbidden, but be aware that explicit sexual acts will be archived in the "Lemon" Index and only referenced in the "My Girl" Index. Authors are advised to tone it down, in the interests of a smoother story flow.

6. CREATING CHARACTERS. Elma and Taisa reserve the right to restrict the introduction of new characters. When a period of restriction begins, it will be announced to all authors via E-mail. Authors may challenge periods of restriction if they feel they have an essential character to add; however, Elma and Taisa must both be convinced that the character is essential before it will be allowed into the story. The fastest way to end periods of restriction is to kill existing characters off.

7. NO PROPHECIES. Characters may not predict future events or future relationships. Characters are allowed to guess all they want or state what they believe based on their observations, but they may not present any information as definite future fact.
